Google +1

Hi Everyone,
I guess if you are using Google at all for your searching, then you have noticed this little icon that is next to search results.
Google calls it +1
It is the blue button to the right of the results and looks like this:

It is Googles idea to let people rate results in their searches.
You can see at the bottom that 2 people have +1'd my search result in google.
